Zeus Return Policy?
The Return Policy for Zeus Motorcycle Gear is as follows:
Products can be returned if the buyer has sizing issues or if the product has any manufacturing defect. The time frame for the exchange request is 5 days after receiving the product. Any item that is found to be damaged or faulty within 5 days of it arriving with the customer will be directly replaced or serviced once the item in question has been returned.
Buyers are requested to take pictures of the defective part/product and immediately mail them to support@zeusmotorcyclegear.com. Returned products must be in a new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
For issues with sizes, the buyer can exchange the product with the next available size. Buyers must first fill out the Product Return Form from the website and wait for approval. Any product which is sent without product approval request, will be rejected.
Once the return is received and inspected (usually within 3 working days of receipt), a customer representative will get in touch and guide on the further process. For payments made using credit cards, debit cards or wire transfer payments, all refunds will be issued to store credit only i.e to your Zeus account after deduction of a 2.5 % payment gateway charges. Shipping cost cannot be refunded as the logistics company does not refund the amount. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting the order back to the Hyderabad office or warehouse.
Items should not be shipped back without receiving an RA (Return Authorization) code issued. Any product returned by a buyer without an RA will be rejected.
